SolVivo ("we", "us") operates solvivo.pt. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
When you submit a form on this site (a quote request, general enquiry, partner enquiry, franchise interest, or the 2026 rate popup), we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, property details, and any message you include.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule and deliver our service, and, where you've opted in via the 2026 rate popup, to send you a short related email sequence. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Form submissions are processed via Netlify (our hosting provider) and stored in a Google Sheet for our internal scheduling and record-keeping. Both providers maintain their own security and data-protection standards.
This site uses minimal cookies: one to remember if you've dismissed the 2026 rate popup, and standard cookies set by our hosting provider (Netlify) to serve the site securely. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
