No, if your panels are ground-mounted. If roof access is needed, it depends on how your property is built. We try to access from the outside perimeter first, but depending on the angles involved and where your water supply is, we may need to enter the house to reach the roof from a different point or storey.
If we notice anything during your visit, cracked glass, frame damage, or anything that looks electrical, we won't touch it. We photograph it, note it in your report, and point you to your installer or an electrician so it's handled by the right person.

No. Many of our clients live abroad. We coordinate with a property manager, keyholder or anyone you trust with access, and your report goes straight to you either way.
We always aim to take a genuine pre and post-clean reading, but we can't promise perfect numbers every time: output is also affected by time of day and cloud cover, which are outside anyone's control. For a clearer comparison, we recommend checking your own system's output around the same time of day as your clean, against a similar day before your next one.
It's also worth remembering that cleaning isn't only about squeezing out extra output. Regular maintenance protects the investment itself.
